Something about me
As a product designer and user experience designer, my main goal is to make life easier for people through the creation of fluid digital experiences. I conduct research and design work for digital goods, ensuring that they are functional, simple to use, and enjoyable to interact with.
Prior to this, I worked as a product designer, ux/ui designer, and user experience designer for 12 years for a variety of clients and businesses, including Leads Connect, Rsystem International, Dataflow Group, Taxmann Technologies, Esoft Group, and SRM Techsol. I worked with many Fortune 500 organizations to develop high-tech products for the retail, consumer, and industrial products, healthcare, financial, and high-tech sectors. I assisted them in creating fantastic products, applications, software, and websites in many business kinds, such as B2C, B2B, B2G, G2B, and G2C.

I’ve been a UX professional for a long time and have always started any new project by wrapping my head around the problem to solve. I always start by looking at content and data, I make a lot of mind maps, lists, concept flow diagrams, competitive landscape research, CTA matrixes, permissions, feature matrixes, etc., …. all before sketching anything.
I use design, visualization, and empathy to empower clients with creativity and improve their product experience through UX research and Effective Design Processes.
My unique skills bring a blend of research, design, business, and technology. I have experience in process design, design research, design strategy, information architecture, UX/UI design, product management, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, storytelling, system design, technology implementations, usability testing, and Design QA.
